How will I receive my plans?
After we have gone through every aspect of the design thoroughly with you we will send you digital copies of the plans. We can send prints for extra charge.
When will i receive my plans?
We can send stock plans when payment is received. Our custom plans are scheduled according to how complex the design is. We work closely with you to determine that all criteria are met. Once the final approval on the design is given a payment request will be made and plans will follow immediately after payment is received.
Can i have changes made to stock plans?
Yes! Just contact us and we can go over everything involved with making changes to stock plans.
Should my builder be purchasing the plans or should I?
We always recommend the homeowner purchase the plans. You are the one that knows intimately what you are wanting and how you want it.
